Junction 6, on to the A22 southbound.
10 miles South of the M25, drive through the town of East Grinstead.
Remain on the A22, 6 miles south of East Grinstead turn right onto the A275 at Wych Cross.
Continue on the A275 until you come to a mini roundabout at the junction with the A272, turn right onto the A272 and immediately turn left back onto the A275 at the second mini roundabout.
1 mile south of the A272 turn right at the top of the hill into Bineham Park Farm.

From the M23/A23

Turn off the A23 onto the A272 Eastbound, heading towards Haywards Heath.
Drive through Haywards Heath on the A272, 4 miles East you will enter North Chailey.
At the first mini roundabout turn right onto the A275 southbound towards Lewes
1 miles south of the A272 turn right at the top of the hill into Bineham Park Farm.

From the A22

To the Junction with the A272 at Maresfield. Turn onto the A272 Westbound towards Haywards Heath.
4 miles you enter North Chailey turn left back onto the A275 at the second mini roundabout.
1 mile south of the A272 turn right at the top of the hill into Bineham Park Farm.
